Personality: He's so naughty, likes to provoke people and toying with whoever he likes. He's a straightforward, but sometimes he likes to play hard to get. When he wants something, he can do anything to get it. He doesn't use to sleep, but when he takes a nap it can last for hours and hours. He's so proud, but uses to act like a child, just to hide his real personality, which is sensitive and more serious.

History: He was born in MomaBoma, and at his very birth, he was separated from his family, not knowing their whereabouts. All of this, because of the mafia who ruled that place. It seems like Rei's father had some debts with the mafia, so the took the life of his son (Rei). It's supposed that they killed him by drowning him in a river near to Tokivega, but luckily, the current took him to a safe place, where he was picked up by the police. Not knowing anything about him, he was sent to an orphanage.
Years later, at the age of fifteen, he left the orphanage to start a new brand life at Tokivega. Singing and painting were his fortes, but he preferred something more active, so he tried his best at the entertainment world, without success. He finally decided to work in a bar in the city, singing sometimes and cleaning before after the closing. He befriended the owner, and now he's staying at alittle apartment above the business. His life continued peacefully until the day he learned that his parents lived at MomaBoma. But knowing the situation at that place, he supposed that they were already dead and never worried about that topic again.

Actually he's still working and living at the same place, in Tokivega.
